Dubai Properties Group forms close working relationships with business partners- many long term, in order to meet the expectations our stakeholders have of the organization. Our Partnership Strategy is compatible and based with our organization Guiding Principles, Vision & Mission, together with commitment and strategic objectives in the Corporate Plan.

More than 95% of Dubai Properties Group spending on suppliers is with subcontractors and consultants in the construction industry. Early Partnering relationships are established with suppliers in the context of their potential impact on our achievement of strategic objectives and their cultural compatibility. Thus enabling DPG to identify key organization and community partnerships in support of DPG policy and strategy. Partnerships also enable DPG to generate and support innovative and creative thinking.

Our Procurement Process requires for a systematic Supplier prequalification process, following which suppliers are categorized. The DPG operational and strategic approach used in forming supply chain partnerships have lead to improved value to the end customer.

The DPG Supplier Database enables structuring partnership to create maximum value, by identifying and leveraging core competencies of partners and supporting mutual development. Sharing of knowledge with partner organizations is achieved informally by working alongside our suppliers and partners as a single team. DPG identifies opportunities for creating synergy in working together to improve process and add value to the customer/supply.
