It has been divided into three areas - The Sales Centre, Customer Service Centre and the Office Tower itself. The HQ will accommodate our growing business and its resources.

A member of Dubai Properties Group, Dubai Asset Management provides an integrated offering of facilities, consultancy and community services to developers and corporations, enabling their real estate projects and properties to archieve sustainbility and ease of operations. it is the first in the region to offer specialized security services in co-operatio0n with the Dubai Police. Entities within Dubai Asset Management divide the responsibilities, ensuring greater productivity and efficiency.
Dubai Retail
Overview Dubai Retail, part of Dubai Properties Group, was launched on March 16th 2008. The company's focus is to manage the existing portfolio of retailoutlets developed by Dubai Properties, as well as to expand, develop and create new retail concepts with different and fully integrated retail soulutions and services. The long-tem company objective is to grow beyond the Dubai market and become one of the main international retail companies. The walk Dubai's only outdoor shopping experince by the beach, the walk at jumeirah Beach Residence will meet the needs of over 20,000 residents and visitors. The walk, with a total capacity of 305 outlets, spread across a 1.7 km long shopping promenade. Bay Avenue Located in Business Bay, Bay Avenue is an arena offering two levels of indoor and outdoor retail space, featuring children's play areas, sporting facilities, cafes and restaurants complete with world-class infrastructure, creating a place for everyone to work, relax, shop, and dine
Injaz
Established in 2008 as a core business vanture for developing the Dubai Properties Group real estate portfollio across the region, INJAZ also offers integrated services of real estate development from conception to completion inclusive of property development, master planning and design, and project management. The core focus of the entity includes innovative engineering practices and solution that cover all aspects of the project procurement cycle-concept, design, construction and handover. futhermore, INJAZ stives to be environmentally and ecologically aware through design and construction with the aim to create flexible lifestyle spaces that will suit current and forthcoming generations.
Salwan
An entity of Dubai Properties Group, Salwan is an exclusive managing agent for the portfolio and responsible for providing property management services to internal and external clients. Developed solely to enhance the post-handover service experience, Salwan provides a variety of services to both commericail and residential customers inclusive of property advisory services, leasingand reselling properties to name a few.
Dubai Hospitality Management
